Another boring weekend begins, friday night, nothing to do. I almost miss the so-called poetress (nah, not true, it is great enough not having to deal with her "problems"...) I will write a lot today (at least until it is time for me to leave) the girl-who-likes-girls had the guts to ask if I felt "awkwward" when rambling about her sex life... jeez... This has to be the greatest name for a comic book ever! (maybe behind Stop the Bitch Campaign, but who knows!!). I should hate this comic, it has many elements that can easily insult anyone's intelligence, but, as strange as it may sounds, it all works. As Tralfaz (from 'rama) said "You don't 'read' a Geoff Darrow comic, you experience it" agreed, agreed!!!

I met this lovely girl named Xi, beautiful, smart and (above all) aspiring documentary filmmaker!! wowowowowow!!

The Film Festival ended terribly for me, I passed out while attending a screening about female genital mutilation (no wonder...) the Mia Farrow thingie was pretty pathetic, everyone yelling and Miss Farrow asking the press if they were actually doing enough for the poor little chidlren of the planet...

The so-called-artist wants me to go to her house on wednesday, I have a sickness scheduled for that time, I decided to avoid her like the plague until she marries, goes to somewhere pretty far away with her husband and leave me the fuck alone...

Started reading Ultimate X-Men, it sucks... I have read about 15 issues and don't really know what the hell is all the fuss about, they are flat and, above all, poorly ilustrated, poor Adam Kubert, he used to be so much better....

Eating Chip's Ahoy and reading Sleeper, I will relax the rest of the afternoon and listen to The Posies, update tomorrow!

Friday, friday friday!!!! John Waters and [i]A dirty Shame[/i].

Today, the so-called poetress invited me to a Poetic Slam (as crap as that sounds...) it sucked, she keeps asking if her fiancee loves her and stupid crap like that, Lafourcade showed up late and missed the show, I needed someone to laugh about the grim situation, sadly, that wasn't the case... ugh...

I repeat, people are stupid... plain AND simple as that...

Read [i]Rising Stars[/i] it didn's sucked as much as I thought it would be. Began reading Morrison's [i]New X-Men[/i], nothing to remarkable, though.

John Fahey's [i]The Transfiguration of Blind Joe Death[/i] rules the universe. What a GREAT record. Tomorrow I have to see a bunch of german short films and a movie about Artaud's trip to Mexico in search of the fabled [i]hikuri[/i], I firmly believe it will suck. The so-called poetress looked beautiful today... as Lafourcade said, she is quite the Teletubby, but is pretty as a picture... I hate being such a sucker for blond girls...

I have had the first big coffee cup of the day... I feel great (who says it is not an addiction...) ah well.

Seems my dad dug the pics. Mas suggested going out for coffee today (alongside the girl he supposedly likes...) and then heading for SECS' place. I don't know.

Begin translation last night, boring, boring, thank heavens for Windowlicker. Seems people tend to dig the stuff I regularly write, that assures me 15 copies I someday I manage to publish any of it ^_^

Irma was suppossed to e mail me this days... haven't heard a word, which is kinda disturbing, seems I will have to do with just the press acreditation and not one of those all mighty powerful "special guest" variety.

I believe this blog is incredibly boring, bear with me, I NEED to write, is like an addiction.

Yesterday I passed a couple of paragraphs from A Seasson in Hell (that's Rimbaud for anyone who does not remember!! ^_^) and the first 50 lines from Howl to the so-called poetress... she fancies herself an artist, what kind of artist would sat something like "That is pretty strong stuff" or "The guy was a bit crazy" regarding Rimb or Ginsberg!! Jeeeez.

Yesterday, I e-mailed a copy of the so-called poetress script to my dear (and fellow heartless bastard) Vanesa, we both had a great laught. Conclusion, the only way it could actually work was by mixing balantly stolen sequences from Sam Peckinpah, Peter Greenaway, Benny Hill casting Carson (from Queer Eye for the Straight Guy) to play Leonardo Da Vinci and scoring it with cheapo muzak pieces.

I am an official Doctor Who geek now!. Man, how the hell could I hav lived my life without my Doctor Who fix?????!!!!!

My bro hasn't managed to see Infernal Affairs (strongly reccommended to anyone who actually LIKE movies) too bad.
